Employment Services
Our Employment Services Program is designed to empower individuals with the skills, confidence, and support needed to succeed in the workplace. We believe that meaningful employment builds independence, self esteem and a strong sense of belonging in the community.
Through personalized skills training and hands-on learning opportunities, participants develop essential workplace abilities such as communication, teamwork, time management, problem solving, and task completion.
Our program offers:

- Hands-on job training opportunities
- Ongoing job coaching and support
- Employment opportunities
Our largest ongoing contract involves refurbishing electronics accessories to return them safely into circulation.

The General Contracts Program blends productivity with personal development and recreation.
